Nailah Wagner is an Executive Coach, Leadership Development Facilitator, and Consultant. A lifelong optimist, Nailah has always recognized and nurtured the potential in those around her. Fueled by her commitment to inspiring individual change, Nailah empowers her clients to navigate difficult leadership and career challenges, turn setbacks into successes and achieve the professional fulfillment and personal growth they aspire to.

My background

Prior to leaping into entrepreneurship, Nailah served as Senior Director of Client Success, Faculty and Executive Coach at Mentora, the Institute for Life and Leadership. She has also spent time in academia, as an Executive MBA Career Coach at Emory University and guest lecturer at Columbia Business School where she co-taught the award-winning "Personal Leadership & Success" course. Previous positions managing global brands at Campbell Soup Company and overseeing numerous sales territories with Whirlpool Corporation has given Nailah traditional corporate experience as well.

Nailah received her BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her MBA from Columbia Business School in New York. Her clients have included Delta Airlines, Kraft Heinz, General Electric, Genentech, Harlem Children’s Zone, Morgan Stanley, Coney Island Prep, and Tata Communications.

In her spare time, you will find Nailah drinking café Cubano, hiking new trails, and testing recipes on her husband and three young daughters.
